Return & Cancellation Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you don't, we're here to help

Sipaara hopes that you never have to cancel or return a product. At the same time, we would be there to help you whenever you do so due to certain circumstances. As a first step, we are laying out our cancellation and return policy to take care of your hassles.

Order Has Not Been Shipped Yet

Easy Cancellation

Any order which has not been shipped can be cancelled partially or fully. The amount paid by you (if it is a prepaid order) would be refunded to you and should reflect in your account in 7-10 business days.

Order Was Damaged When Received

100% Replacement

We take utmost care while packaging to ensure that the product reaches you the way you had seen it on our website. However, due to situations beyond our control, the items delivered might get damaged in transit.

We would be more than happy to replace or cancel your order under such circumstances. We request you to let us know of the damage the same day you receive it with photos of the damaged product.

Incorrect Items Received

Free Pickup & Exchange

We are proud of the robustness of our fulfillment process and ensure the right shipment reaches the right person at the right place.

In case you receive items that are different from the ones you ordered, we will have the incorrect items picked up from your address. We will also be shipping the right items to you at our earliest, completely free of charge.

Product Quality Issues

30-Day Return Window

If you're not satisfied with the quality of the product, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for unopened and unused items.

Eligibility for Return:

  • Product must be unopened and unused
  • Original packaging intact with seals
  • All tags and labels attached
  • Return request raised within 30 days

Policy on Cancellation/Refund Misuse

Fair Usage Policy

In the event the return/refund/exchange/replacement policy of Sipaara is being and/or found to be misused by buyers/customers either by repeatedly/excessively returning, cancelling, or not accepting the orders placed, or asking for repeated refunds/replacements/exchanges, or misuse of Sipaara's coupons, Sipaara reserves the right to cancel or withhold these orders and/or warn, suspend, block, terminate, and/or blacklist such buyer/customer accounts/addresses, as deemed necessary.

Further, in such cases, the refund, if any applicable, shall be conditional, subject to verification/scrutiny and shall be with recourse available to Sipaara.

Other Reasons for Cancellation or Return

Any other reasons for cancellation or return would be handled on a case-by-case basis. Our customer support team will work with you to find the best solution.

How to Request a Return or Cancellation

Click "Request Return" or "Cancel Order" and provide the reason for your request
