Skincare routine quiz (guest)

You can take the quiz without creating an account. If you finish the quiz, we may collect:

• Quiz answers — for example age range, skin type, concerns, goals, budget band, optional city, and how you describe your current routine
• Contact details — first name, email, and mobile number when you submit the final step so we can show your personalized routine and save your session
• Technical identifiers — a random quiz session token stored in an httpOnly cookie, and optionally an anonymous visitor identifier used for analytics and abuse prevention (not sold to third parties)

Your routine is generated from your quiz answers and shown on the website. It is separate from our AI skin analysis (selfie-based) service. We do not use your quiz selfie or paid skin report data to generate the quiz routine unless you separately use those features.

Automatically Collected Information

We automatically collect certain information about your device and usage patterns, including IP address, browser type, operating system, and pages visited. We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use sipaara.com (clicks, scrolls, and anonymized session recordings) so we can improve the site. Input fields and sensitive content such as face photos and addresses are masked. Clarity is not loaded on admin or embed pages.

We use the information we collect to:

We use quiz contact details to operate the quiz and related Sipaara services. Marketing emails or SMS are sent only where you have given separate consent (for example newsletter signup), unless applicable law allows otherwise.

Retention periods depend on the feature you use:

• Quiz browser session — an httpOnly cookie (sipaara_skincare_quiz) lets you resume or view results on the same browser for up to 7 days, after which the session expires and the cookie is cleared.
• Quiz submissions on our servers — completed and in-progress quiz records (including answers and contact fields) are stored in our database for operational, support, and product improvement purposes until deleted under our data retention schedule or when you exercise your rights (see Section 6).
• Analytics events — quiz funnel events (such as quiz started or completed) are stored in our analytics pipeline without using your email or phone in event payloads.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as described in this Privacy Policy. We may share your information with trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website and conducting our business.
